Stress depletes me — I feel empty and withdrawn after difficult situations.

Neck and shoulders — always tight, especially with stress. Massage helps briefly then returns.
Fixed pain in specific spots — doesn't move. Sometimes sharp or stabbing.

Joint stiffness, worse in cold or damp weather and in the mornings.
